In 1980 Tetrosyl purchased the old Leesona site in Heywood to become another manufacturing base for filling household DIY products. Bridge Hall was also purchased in 1984.
1988 Saw the launch of Carlube Oils. Formula 1 non-spec oil was launched as the first Carlube product. This product is still available to this very day.
